Following the spring release of version 2.0, DST is now shipping version 2.1.

This release contains customer-requested features and other enhancements.

Some of the new features include:

• Support for multiple zoom cameras- DP3 now provides support for two cameras with zoom controls and support for up to four cameras in a vehicle.

• Live Streaming – New ability to view live camera images from any browser

• DVD authoring enhancements – Redesigned templates support up to four cameras. Refined User Interface

• Auto-dimming LCD Monitor – Hands-free adjustment of LCD brightness ensures readability and balanced cabin lighting during night-time operations.

• New wireless docking options – For Departments that use MDTs to control their system, high-speed wireless docking is now available.

According to the company president, Roger Lucas:

“The new DP3 version 2.1 release validates our “future-proof” design philosophy where our powerful hardware platform gives the R&D team plenty of headroom to introduce new features and capabilities in a rapid development environment.”

 

DST provides an end-to-end solution where all system application components are designed, synchronized and tested in-house. This enables the company to provide a quick turnaround on customer requests for new features and enhancements.
